Friday, 1/30 -> Blake Jackson 4th Wall: Rogues & Heroes Closing Party + Mikey Fresh Pop-Up Shop at The Solution w/DJ Low Key & Lazy Eyez! Get your fix of music, art, records, photos & lots more at The Meadowlark!!!

FRIDAY, 1/30 -> After a jam-packed, extra crazy opening night at The Solution w/DJ Low Key & DJ Lazy Eyez earlier this month (with a cameo from rap prodigy Mac Miller & DJ, Clockwork) and a wonderful January of being graced by his super fresh work, Blake Jackson’s 4th Wall: Rogues & Heroes show is in its home strech at The Meadowlark. To officially close things out, we’ll be giving away the print featured in the flyer above to whoever comes up with the best ‘Rogue & Hero’ combination to fit it (i.e. Radioactive Man vs. Space Ghost, Mysterio vs. Iceman & so on) and celebrating this Friday. To enter to win the print, just post your best suggestion on either The @DenverSolution or @Jake_Blackson Instagram page under our posts with the flyer. Blake will decide his favorite combo and we’ll announce the winner on Friday evening, it’s just that easy.

On top of that, we’ll be featuring Blake Jackson himself taking guest party photos & have a pop-up shop on the heated patio featuring records, Good Woods, gear & more by the one and only Mikey Fresh.  As usual, Solution residents DJ Low Key & DJ Lazy Eyez will be on the turntables spinning all the best in hip hop and more to keep the party moving, all night long, we’ll see you there!!! 9pm / No cover until 11pm / 21+ / 2701 Larimer Street.

JANUARY 2015 -> After a jam-packed, extra crazy opening night earlier this month (with a cameo by renowned rap prodigy Mac Miller & guest set from his DJ, Clockwork, check the pics below), we wanted to remind y’all make sure you check out Blake Jackson’s super dope 4th Wall: Rogues & Heroes show at sometime before January wraps up at The Meadowlark. Blake’s photo exhibit features some fantastic work, head over to his Instagram page at @Jake_Blackson to get more familiar with his work. He’s already sold about half the show, come check it out before the month wraps up and it’s gone for good.

FRIDAY, 1/9 -> We’re excited to keep last year’s momentum going full speed ahead with an extra dope double feature of fun at The Solution w/DJ Low Key & Lazy Eyez! First off, we’ll be welcoming longtime friend of the party, Clockwork DJ (Mac Miller’s DJ / Most Dope Crew) over to spin after the Mac Miller concert, and since the show’s just Clocks and Mac, he’ll be over early for the afterparty!!!

As if that wasn’t enough, we’ll also be opening January’s art feature at The Meadowlark, 4th wall: Rogues & Heroes, a photo exhibit by Blake Jackson! FRIDAY, 11/7 -> After celebrating his one year anniversary as party photographer last Friday, we’re extra excited to feature the photography of our own Knower Of The Ledge aka Armando Geneyro for First Friday, 11/7 at The Solution w/DJ Low Key & Lazy Eyez!!! As you might know, his photos have been making our Instagram & Facebook both looks great for the last year, while also improving the average party goers profile pics by at least 200%, on top of shooting a lot of INCREDIBLE pictures at his own Instagram page at @KnowerOfTheLedge (go follow him now!!!). We’ll be featuring Armando’s 35mm photography exhibition throughout November, and in case your walls are less that immaculately decorated, you defnitely want to look into buying one before they all sell out (one sold before the show even went up!).

As if that wasn’t enough, we’ll be celebrating the birthday of two Solution favorites and longterm friends of the party; Adrian and Brandon Carter aka DJ DSRN’s birthdays! On top of that, special guest photographer Blake Jackson will be joining us at The Meadowlark (2701 Larimer St) and documenting all the happy faces and beautiful people, ZenOne will be in the building and as always, DJ Low Key & Lazy Eyez will be on the turntables, rocking all the best in hip hop and a whole lot more for your dancing pleasure! 21+ / 9pm / No cover until 11pm, only $5 after.

P.S. The patio heaters are on and ready for Fall, so we shouldn’t miss a beat as the seasons change!!!
